Delete Your Account
Instructions for permanent account and data removal.
We're sorry to see you go. If you decide to delete your account, please be aware that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What happens when you delete your account?
All your data will be permanently removed from our servers, including:
- Financial accounts and balances
- Full transaction history
- Budget categories and custom settings
- Personal profile and subscription data
Method 1: In the App (Recommended)
The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly through the application:
- Open Receet Pro on your device.
- Navigate to the Settings screen.
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap on Delete My User Account.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm permanent deletion.
Method 2: Manual Request
If you no longer have the app installed and wish to request account deletion, please email our support team from the email address associated with your account.
Note: Manual requests may take up to 7 business days to process. For immediate deletion, please use the in-app method.
